Merge and split invoices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With the 2022.03 release, we have implemented two new options related to a client’s invoices: merge and split invoices<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These merge invoice <\/strong>option is available on the client details -> invoices tab and is only available for the unpaid invoices. In order to merge the invoices, you need to select the invoices that you want to be merged and then click on the merge invoices<\/strong> button:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The split invoice <\/strong>option is available on invoices that have at least two invoice items: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to split the invoice, you need to select the invoice item that you want to be moved to a new invoice and then click on the split invoice<\/strong> button:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flags for fleio sync command<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With the latest release, we also improved the fleio sync <\/strong>command. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’re not familiar with the sync command, you must know that when manually run, it will synchronize the OpenStack objects (such as instances, volumes, networks, flavors, etc.) into the Fleio database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previously, when you ran this command, it would sync all the OpenStack objects without the possibility to sync only a type of OpenStack objects (e.g. flavors). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the latest changes, you will be able to sync only some OpenStack objects, or if you want, to exclude some of the OpenStack objects (e.g. flavors). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can run fleio sync –help <\/strong>to see the available options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Client billing history in the Staff panel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In 2022.03 we added a new tab on the client details, which will allow the staff users to see the client’s billing history, without the need of impersonating the user. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beta release for Kubernetes and Juju deployment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With the latest changes, we’re also moving to a beta state for the Kubernetes and JuJu deployment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you want to install Fleio with Kubernetes or with JuJu, please follow our documentation<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is still a beta release, so things might not work properly \/ out of the box. If you’re encountering issues with Fleio after installing it with Kubernetes or Juju, please let us know and we will assist you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep in mind that in order to upgrade Fleio to the latest version you need to follow this guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ll talk about some of the other features in the stable release, 2022.02.1, which should be out in about one week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
