Fleio beta version 2026.09.0 is now available and you can test it in your lab environment. Let me remind you that for each Fleio license you purchase you have access to an additional development license to you use in your testing or staging environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The stable version will be released in about one week. Read on to find out what’s new in 2026.09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

OpenStack multi-service per client <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Fleio now supports multiple OpenStack services\/projects per client when the end-user feature “openstack.multi-service” is enabled in the settings.py file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clients can have multiple OpenStack services, each linked to its own project. Users can select and manage services when creating resources, while billing remains separate for each service. Services alias can also be set for OpenStack services to differentiate them in the end-user panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’re using an external billing system alongside Fleio, ensure it is compatible with this functionality. When using Fleio-WHMCS, make sure the module version you’re using supports multiple OpenStack services per client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Server groups for instances<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Fleio now supports server groups when creating instances when the “openstack.server-groups” feature is enabled in settings.py file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a server group is selected, Fleio will attempt to create the instance in that server group. For an instance created in a server group, the server group will be displayed on the instance details page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Detach volume from instance(s)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We added a new action button that allows you to detach a volume directly from the volumes page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A confirmation dialog will appear when you click the button. If the volume is attached to multiple instances, you can search for the desired instance and select it to detach the volume from that instance.<\/p>\n\n\n
