Replace self signed SSL with real SSL

If you want to replace the self signed SSL that was issued and configured when you installed Fleio, you will need to
access the `fleio utils` container as root and and place the SSl certificate
files in `/var/webapps/fleio/ssl/REPLACE-ME/`.

In order to access the `fleio utils` container as root, you need to run the following command:

    fleio bash --root
