Staff / Cloud / Images

Staff panel images page has all the functionality of :doc:`Enduser Images </enduser/cloud/images>` and
some extra functionality described below:


Image details
=============

On staff panel image details page beside the ``OVERVIEW`` we have two new tabs ``FLAVORS ASSIGNMENT`` and ``AUDIT LOG``.

Overview tab
------------

On the overview tab besides the same information as in enduser panel you can also see the ``Project ID`` of the image.

Flavors assignment tab
----------------------

This tab allows you to assign ``Flavors`` and ``Flavor groups`` to the image. If the image has assigned ``Flavors`` or
``Flavor groups`` you will be limited to the assigned ``Flavors`` or ``Flavors`` in the assigned ``Flavor groups`` when
attempting to create an instance using the image.

Audit log tab

The audit log tab shows activity log entries related to the image. Here you can see a history of all actions on this
image and who performed them.


Create new image
================

The create image dialog is similar to the Enduser panel dialog, however a Staff user can create an image in a specific
client project or in admin project.

The Staff user is also able to set image visibility to ``public``.

Updating an image
=================

To update an image, click the edit button from image actions. You will be redirected to a new page with two tabs:

* **Edit Image**: edit the same fields as in the create image page
* **Properties**: set or remove custom properties for the image

Edit Image tab

On this tab you can change some attributes of the image like ``Visibility``, ``Image name`` ...

Properties tab

Here you can add custom properties for the image that will be saved in the properties key from the image object. You can
add new fields by clicking the ``Add image property`` button and remove them by clicking the ``Delete property`` button
on the right side of each property.
