Create new volume snapshots
===========================

To create a new volume snapshot, go to **Volume snapshots** from the Main Menu and then to **Create volume snapshot** (bottom right).

A create volume snapshot dialog-box will open and you will have to fill in the following fields:

Search volume snapshots
=======================

To search a volume snapshot, just type the volume snapshot name in the search box from the top of the **Volume snapshots** page.

.. _sort-volume-snapshots:
 
Sort volume snapshots
=====================

From the top-right of the page, you can sort volume snapshots by:

* Name
* Status
* Size
* Date created

Also you can switch from **Card View** to **List View** by clicking on the grid from top-right. Examples are shown

Edit volume snapshots
=====================

To edit a volume snapshot, select it from your list and click the **Edit snapshot** button:

Reset volume snapshot state
===========================

To reset a volume snapshot state, select it from your list and click on the **Reset state** button:

Then the following dialog-box will open:

Delete volume snapshots
=======================

To delete a volume snapshot, select it from your list and hit the **Delete** button.
