Billing / Products

The products page displays a list of products and groups and has a set of actions that let you manage them.


To create a new product or group mouse over the button from the bottom-right side of the page and select your option.


Product creation

Upon clicking the Create Product button the following page will display where you can set your product details.

  • Name: write the product name
  • Code: write a custom product code
  • Description: write a clear description
  • Group: associate the product with a group
  • Module: select either openstack or universal module
  • Product type: generic, openstack, shared hosting or domain
  • Status: public, private or retired
  • Price model: free / fixed plus dynamic / dynamic but at least fixed
  • Auto setup: select when it should be set up
  • Taxable: check if the product is taxable

When clicking the edit button for a product a similar page like the above will be displayed where you can edit the same fields. When clicking the delete button, a modal window will popup to confirm the deletion of the product.

Group creation

Upon clicking the Create Group button the following modal will popup where you can set the group details.


Product details page

Upon clicking on a product you’ll get redirected to the product details page.


Here you will see detailed information about the product and you can do the same actions described above ( edit / delete ) but you can also add a cycle. This is how the modal window to manage cycles looks like:

  • Cycle: choose either one time, hour, month or year
  • Cycle multiplier: choose your desired value
  • Fixed price: choose the price
  • Setup fee: add a setup fee
  • Setup fee entire quantity: check if you wish it to be true
  • Currency: select one of the available currencies
  • Is relative price: check if you wish it to be true
  • Status: make it either public, private or retired
