Fleio editions and pricing
Fleio is available in two editions: OpenStack Edition and Hosting Billing Edition. You can also combine the two editions in a single Fleio installation by purchasing the OpenStack Edition and adding Hosting Edition licensed clients.

Fleio OpenStack Edition pricing - cloud control panel and billing system
Fleio OpenStack Edition provides full billing and control panel functionality that enables service providers to offer public cloud services. End-users can sign up, add credit (or post-pay), create and manage OpenStack cloud resources. The powerful pricing rules enable the service providers to charge services on the cloud billing model (e.g., price pe GB / hour for storage, price per vCPU / minute etc.).

Licensed RAM explained
- The Fleio OpenStack Edition license is based on the total physical RAM installed in all compute nodes.
- E.g., if you have 8 compute nodes each with 256 GB of physical RAM, you have a total of 2048 GB of RAM on your compute nodes and the Fleio license cost is 200 € / month.
- We're only counting the physical RAM of OpenStack compute nodes (Nova project). The RAM used by other nodes, like controllers, storage (Cinder, Glance), network (Neutron) etc., does not count against the license.
- To use more than the allotted RAM in each package you need to upgrade to the next package.
- RAM above the 4 TB package is priced at 25 € / month for each additional 256 GB. E.g., if you have a total of 4480 GB of RAM on your compute nodes the monthly price is 450 € (400 + 25 + 25).
White Label
By default, Fleio web application footer contains a small link with the text “Powered by Fleio v. 2024.04.1”. The White Label option entitles you to remove the Fleio mention. White label costs an additional 20% on the base licensing cost.
Fleio Hosting Billing Edition
The Hosting Billing Edition empowers web hosting companies to manage and charge for web hosting services and internet domain names and manage customer support tickets.
Fleio Hosting Billing Edition includes shared hosting billing functionality (cPanel hosting accounts), domain name registration and management and the support ticketing system.

Note that perpetual (owned) licenses are no longer available. We will honor the currently active updates and support period for perpetual licenses. After that, updates and support are available through the leased licenses.
VAT applies to European Union companies according to the EU regulations. Any tax that is specific to the customer purchasing a Fleio leased license is not included in the Fleio price and will be charged extra.
