Staff / Utilities / Periodic task Log

On the Periodic task log page the user can see a list with the logs of all the automated periodic tasks.

The table has the following columns:

• Task name

• Start date

• Duration

• Summary:

A status bar is displayed at the beginning of each row to indicate the state of the task.

• Green line is for ‘success’ status

• Red line is for ‘failure’ status

• Yellow line is for ‘timed out’ status

• Orange line is for ‘started’ status

The periodic task logs can be filtered by:

• start date

• end date

• status

The periodic task logs can be sorted by:

• start date

• end date

• status

• task name

Periodic task log details

Clicking on a periodic task log will offer you more details about that particular task.

The log file can be accessed by clicking the “Download log file” in the Overview tab, or by accessing the Log File tab.
