Fleio 2024.11.0 beta is now available and you can test it in your lab environment.
Automatic suspension for clients with unpaid invoices
We’ve added a new checkbox in the Suspension section named ‘Suspend clients with unpaid invoices’. This option allows Fleio to automatically suspend clients with overdue invoices after a specified number of days. It helps manage service billing, where customers can go into the negatives during their monthly service.
reCAPTCHA on login
We’ve introduced the reCAPTCHA security on the Fleio login page. This can be configured similar to signup page following steps from: https://fleio.com/docs/configuring/enable-recaptcha-on-client-signup.html and enabling it on settings/authentication section and enhances the security of the login process.
Auto-set default currency based on country
Fleio can now automatically set the default currency for clients based on their country. This can be configured in settings, so staff users can select countries and assign a default currency that will be applied when a new client is created. This feature ensures a smoother client setup process, with the option for staff to edit currency settings as needed.
API token management for users
We added a new tab in the user details/profile where both the user and staff users can view and manage Fleio API tokens.
Journal and Balance on PDFs
You can now find client journal and balance information also on PDF invoices.
Choose IP version on load balancers
Endusers can now choose the IP version (IPv4 or IPv6) for their load balancers. Fleio already chooses the IP based on availability, but now clients can manually choose the preferred IP version.
Auto-invoicing payment and notifications
We’ve added two new settings for auto-invoicing in Fleio. The first, ‘Attempt charge on invoices generated by client auto-invoicing feature’ allows to choose if clients saved payment options are used to pay auto-generated invoices. The second, ‘Notify when client auto-invoicing payment fails,’ allows to choose if a notification is sent on auto-payment failure.
