Fleio 2021.03.1 was released today, 10th of March.
The latest version is marked as stable and can be used in production environment (read more about our release model here).
Heat support
In the latest release we have implemented support for Heat Openstack project.
Now you will be able to deploy your own Heat stacks, using File, Direct Input or URL upload for the template data.
You will also be able to change the template, suspend/resume or delete the stack.
Besides this, you will also be able to preview the heat resource types and heat template versions.
Note that the heat support was implemented only for the end user and it’s available only on the new enduser angular panel.

User confirmation using credit card
With the 2021.03.1 version you will now be able to verify your clients using the credit card. This feature needs to be enabled from the Settings -> Configuration -> Billing, and gives you the following configurable options:
- Charge amount on sign-up
- Sign-up charge amount action
The sign-up charge amount actions refers to what should Fleio do with the credit (configured on the first option). You can either add it to the Fleio credit balanace or you can refund it to the credit card that was used for confirmation.
Note that this feature will work only with the new enduser panel (Angular), and if you enable them will break the end user registration on the AngularJS panel (old panel).
In order to replace the AngularJS with Angular panel, please follow our documentation.
ReCaptcha verification on sign up
In the latest Fleio release we have also added captcha verification on user sign up.
Before activating this feature from Settings -> General -> Sign Up, note that you will have to do some configurations in the settings.py file, as described in our documentation.
After configuring the secret key in the settings.py file and the end user configuration file, you need to head to Settings -> General -> Sign UP and enable the reCaptcha verification:
Same as for user confirmation using credit card feature, this feature will work only with the new enduser panel (Angular), and if you enable them will break the end user registration on the AngularJS panel (old panel).

Reseller in docker deployment
With 2021.03.1 we have also implemented the Resller panel. The Reseller feature is disabled by default, so if you want to enable it, you will have to follow our documentation.
OS package deployment system will be retired soon
As we have mentioned in this blogpost, we are retiring the deb/rpm system package deployment method of Fleio and we are making the docker deployment the only method to install and upgrade Fleio.
The last version that we will release deb/rpm packages for, will be the 2021.05.0 and 2021.05.1 version.

As a reminder, when upgrading Fleio, we recommend you to use the safe upgrade procedure.
